Dear Plus, This message updates regarding ASB case 19914 - suggest that social services are informed 'in the first instance'. 1) This complicated case involves several agencies including the Police, Housing and ASB, with much abusive, threatening and violent behaviour. 2) Three antagonists are involved; this message involves just two, the cohabitants of 161 High Street, 'Carole' and 'Colin' whose behaviour is strongly influenced, it is suspected, by excessive alcohol consumption - hence the involvement of Social Services. 3) I have had no briefing from Social Services since I contacted 'Adult services'  (0300 555 0055 - 1st November 2021) when  I was told the case had been allocated to a social worker and a Gwen? rang from social services at 1200 2nd November 2021, when I provided details of the issue. 4) There was much shouting at 4:25am yesterday (Sunday 3rd July), "Where are ya"; "Come down 'ere", from Colin sat propped by an outhouse wall in Connops Way and, about the same time, "Phil help me, I can't get in" from Carole outside the front of the 'suite of apartments' 157-162, that is on High Street! This carry-on attracted other residents (including Dwayne from 9 Connops Way) with Colin explaining "I'm not drunk" and "the ambulance will get me up". 5) A short while later (0459) many bottles, it seems, were sent clattering down the communal chute with yours inspecting the scene at about ten and finding a filthy bin (with the chute itself as bad) attracting flies (see attached) - these characters seem to benefit from sufficient resources to support drinking, but will not use bin-bags, shovelling food down the chute! I have previously provided a roll of bags, but as relations are so difficult at present, it's not a good idea for yours to intervene, even to the extent of posting bags through 161's letter-box; perhaps Social Services could send or deliver bags and I'll reimburse? 6) To attempt to clarify, this long-running case began when the drunken Carole arrived and Frothy downstairs, at about the same time, brought a dog into the house (with nowhere private for it to be toileted); Carole declared herself as pro-dog (having been an owner of a dog whilst resident of her own flat, apparently) and Colin fell-in behind 'er - hence this three-on-one 'war' (the latest, it would appear, before this incident, is an atrocious attack on my car!); although a dog is the primary cause of this silly, but very nasty, and very British, conflict, alcohol exacerbates the issue. Please forward as appropriate. DAustin 162 High Street Lye Village Stourbridge.
